Founded in 2023 by Builder Brayden Turner, Nubuilt Projects is built upon a strong foundation of luxury residential experience. Brayden began his journey with a carpentry apprenticeship in Sydney's competitive Eastern Suburbs, where he worked for a high-end custom residential building company. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, his passion and commitment to the luxury market intensified, prompting him to pursue his builder's license. While completing this credential, he simultaneously worked on the tools and managed jobs for some of Sydney's most exclusive luxury residential projects, honing his skills in fine details, superior trade craftsmanship and collaborating with industry professionals. Upon completing his trade and builder's license in Sydney, Brayden strategically transitioned to the Newcastle market, establishing Nubuilt Projects. His vision and passion for bespoke residential construction remain the heartbeat of the company, a dedication clearly demonstrated by the first major build, Project Corrie. This project serves as a compelling representation of Nubuilt's unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail, earning recognition in an article published by the highly reputable design publication, The Local Project.
